Mole Poblano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up and cooked in water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. picante sauce
    4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of ground cloves
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of allspice
Preparation
    Drain broth off chicken.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer gently 10 minutes.
    Remove chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
    Cook and stir sauce until slightly thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Can double recipe but do not double the cocoa.
    Serve with Spanish rice.
