Chocolate Mint Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Sift together confectioners sugar and cocoa.
    In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine, corn syrup and extract until well blended.
    Gradually beat in 1 to 2 cups of the cocoa mixture until well blended and smooth.
    With wooden spoon, stir in remaining cocoa mixture.
    With hand, knead until mixture is well blended and smooth.
