Valerie'S Barbecued Pig'S Feet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 pig's feet split the long way (makes 2 pans)
herbs, spices, hot peppers, amounts according to taste
juice of 1 lemon
allspice, whole, to taste
2 stalks celery (especially that old stuff hanging around the fridge)
lots of fresh chopped garlic, at least 6 cloves
2 good size onions, chopped
seasoned salt, soul seasoning, etc.
colivita vinegar, to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large pot of water, enough to completely cover the trotters.
Boil until feet are soft, just about all day.
When done, arrange feet in shallow baking dish, using slotted spoon to avoid excess liquid.
Coat feet liberally with your favorite barbecue sauce; one that is spicy and full of smoke flavor.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until edges of brown begin to show, usually about 1 hour.
