Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 c. honey
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 medium or 8 small carrots
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix in a blender butter, honey, eggs, vanilla and carrots (cut up).
    Process at medium speed until carrots are in fine pieces.
    In a bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Add carrot mixture to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and floured.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
