Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) minced clams and juice
    1 (1 lb.) bag hash browns
Preparation
    Saute bacon; add onion and celery (chopped).
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Add clams and juice.
    Season to taste.
    Bring chowder to a boil again.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add potatoes and simmer again for 15 minutes.
