Chicken Soup Prinanier - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
1 can tomatoes or use 2 fresh
1/2 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. onion, diced
1/2 to 1 tsp. basil
3 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine celery, tomatoes, carrots, onion and basil in a medium saucepan and cook about 5 minutes.
Add broth and simmer until vegetables are tender. Season to taste.
Makes 4 servings. Contains about 40 calories per serving.
