Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. coconut extract
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded coconut
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs and extract, then sour cream.
    Add coconut.
    Stir together the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
    Beat into batter.
    Divide between 2 lightly greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until bread tests clean when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out without any clinging batter or wet crumbs.
