Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes, dried
    1 c. ham, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper, carrot and celery.
    Add to bread cubes, ham and 1/2 cheese; mix well.
    Pour into greased oblong casserole pan.
    Beat egg and milk; pour over bread.
    Mix.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add rest of cheese. Continue until cheese is melted.
