Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Finely chop onion in shortening and brown.
    Remove onion from skillet.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Mix ground beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in flour.
    Fry in onion skillet until brown.
    Remove meat balls.
