Oven Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 sticks margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine.
    Pour over frozen hash browns in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix together sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spread over potatoes.
    Melt second stick of margarine. Mix with crushed cornflakes.
    Spread over top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered, then 20 minutes uncovered.
