Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 stick oleo
    3 c. broccoli (2 pkg. frozen)
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (mild Mexican or jalapeno)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in oleo.
    Cook broccoli thoroughly; drain.
    Mix well with celery and onion mixture.
    Add rice, cheese and soups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
