Carrot And Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. tiny marshmallows
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. pineapple chunks
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel carrots.
    Shred with a coarse shredder into a bowl.
    Add marshmallows, pineapple, raisins and coconut.
    Toss lightly to mix. Combine mayonnaise with mixture.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
