Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
7 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking powder
16 oz. mixed fruit with peel
20 oz. cherries
9 oz. nuts
1/2 c. peach brandy
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and baking powder 4 times.
Roll nuts and fruit in part of flour.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 in tube pan.
