Medley Marinade(Vegetable Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
1 (17 oz.) can small early peas, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine vegetables.
Mix vinegar, sugar and oil.
Pour over vegetable mixture.
Chill 24 hours.
Drain before serving.
Serves 10 to 12.
