Basic Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook butter in 9-inch glass pie plate at low 2 minutes.
    Turn plate to coat with butter.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook at Medium 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until omelet is almost set; stir after 1 minute.
    Let stand covered 2 minutes with spatula.
    Loosen edges of omelet from plate.
    Fold into thirds to serve.
