Chile Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes
3 Tbsp. salt
2 c. chopped onions
1 pd. hot pepper
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. pickling spice
2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all except spices and vinegar. Boil 45 minutes. Then add spices. Tie in bag. Cook until thick. Then add vinegar. Boil until desired.
