*Tigani(Fried Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. lukewarm water
    vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Add flour and salt.
    Mix with spoon and let rise for 1 hour.
    Drop by tablespoons in hot oil (375\u00b0). Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towel. Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
