Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa or 1 Tbsp. cocoa for milk chocolate
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1 pie shell, already baked
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all dry ingredients.
Add egg yolks, vanilla, margarine and milk.
Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue, if desired.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until meringue is browned.
