Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. hamburger meat (preferably ground sirloin)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small jar Pace picante sauce (mild or medium)
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1 large tomato
1 small bag fancy shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream together and spread on a round pan or platter. Cook the hamburger meat like you are making tacos. After hamburger is done, spread it over the sour cream and cream cheese. Then pour the picante sauce over the hamburger and layer the finely chopped tomato, bell pepper and onion over the sauce. Top with cheese. Garnish with jalapenos if desired.
