Frozen Banana Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    pinch of ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel and place bananas in heavy plastic bag.
    Freeze at least 6 hours.
    Remove from freezer and cut each into 5 or 6 pieces.
    In the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process banana pieces and remaining ingredients, scraping sides until smooth and creamy.
