Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas (tiny ones)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans boned chicken
    1 or 2 c. grated cheese
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the cheese, crackers and margarine together and put into a casserole dish.
    On top, cover with the grated cheese and crumble Ritz crackers over the cheese. Drizzle the melted margarine over top and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
