Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
2 c. flour
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, meal, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken parts evenly, covering well with flour mixture.
Put in large frying pan in 1 cup hot grease. Constantly turn until chicken is good and brown. Reduce heat and let cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve.
