Lu'S Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 6 lb.) beef rump roast
    6 potatoes, peeled
    6 carrots, peeled and cut in half
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place roast in roasting pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place potatoes and carrots around roast. Combine remaining ingredients and 1 soup can of water in blender container.
    Process until smooth.
    Pour over roast and vegetables.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours longer or until roast is tender.
    You may slice an onion, if you prefer, over the roast.
    Yields 6 servings.
