Beef Enchiladas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. ground comino
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain off grease.
    Add spices, salt, comino, garlic and black pepper; stir in onions, tomato sauce and water.
    Let simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
