Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. broken pecan pieces (optional)

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients, then strawberries.
Put in three loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tests done.
Very moist.
