Chicken And Corn Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic
    2 whole green peppers, cooked and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1 (19 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1/4 c. prepared salsa
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in large heavy pot.
    Add garlic, green peppers and onion.
    Saute 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes; mash with spoon.
    Add broth.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Stir in salt.
