Creamy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3/4 c. 1-inch julienne zucchini strips (1 small)
    1/2 c. torn spinach leaves
    1/4 c. chopped carrots (1 small)
    6 walnut halves, chopped (2 1/2 Tbsp.)
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    whole spinach leaves
Preparation
    In a medium-size bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, spinach, carrots and walnuts; toss.
