Stuffed Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 summer squash
    1/4 c. bulk sausage
    1/4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cut squash in halves lengthwise.
    Cook for 2 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Drain them dry and remove the centers. Place them on a shallow buttered dish; fill with mixture of half sausage-meat and half mashed potatoes.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top; dot with butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 2 servings.
