Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, pepper and rice.
    Drain.
    Add the other ingredients and mix well.
    Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice gets tender.
