Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
    2 1/2 c. raw or frozen broccoli
    3 1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Simmer cut up broccoli in water 15 minutes.
    Do not drain off water.
    Add dry soup mix and 1 cup half and half.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Add Velveeta cubes.
    Stir until melted.
    Simmer an additional 10 minutes.
    Cauliflower may be substituted.
