Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    6 to 6 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery, potatoes and salt.
    Add water, just enough to cover potatoes.
    When potatoes are almost done, mash all ingredients.
    Add milk, sour cream, margarine and parsley until thickened.
