Vegetable Salad Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cauliflower
1 small broccoli
8 oz. can diced water chestnuts
8 oz. can English peas, drained
3 oz. pkg. bacon bits
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 small purple onion, chopped
8 oz. can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
Preparation

Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces. (You can buy packages of broccoli and cauliflower that have already been prepared.)
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix together and set aside.
Add water chestnuts, peas, corn, onion, bacon bits and cheese to broccoli and cauliflower.
Gently mix all ingredients, slowly stirring in the mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate until ready to eat (at least 2 hours).
