Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups rhubarb, chopped
1-1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs; add vanilla, milk, nutmeg, salt, flour and sugar; add rhubarb and mix well. Pour into deep-dish pie shell. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over pie. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake until golden brown.
