Japanese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. fresh ginger root (approximately 1/2 c.)
    1 medium onion, quartered
    3 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 lemon, juiced
    1 clove garlic
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put in blender, then chill.
    Serve on salad.
