Peppered Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. flank steak
    1/4 c. coarse black pepper
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Push black pepper into both sides of flank steak; mix marinade and pour over meat in a Ziploc bag.
    (I marinate meat at least overnight in refrigerator before cooking.)
