Egg Glop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. chopped Canadian bacon
    8 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Soak onion soup in milk; set aside.
    Cook well in electric skillet the hash browns and Canadian bacon in butter.
    Add softened onion soup mixture and beaten eggs.
    Stir gently; lower heat setting to 125\u00b0 and cover until set, approximately 20 minutes.
    When set, cover with cheese; cover another 5 minutes until completely melted.
    Serve.
