Nonalcoholic Eggnog(Recipe For Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dry nonfat instant powdered milk
    2 2/3 c. water (ice cold)
    non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender; mix well.
    Pour into cups and serve.
    Yield: 4 cups.
    Exchanges per 1 cup serving: 1/3 skim milk, 1/2 meat and 62 calories.
