Ingredients

4 c. whole cranberries
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. seedless raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 medium apple, pared and chopped
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and cook 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes longer. Cool and refrigerate.
