Chicken Diablo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 c. oil
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper and pound lightly.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a small bowl, combine wine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Brush chicken on all sides with mustard mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat margarine and oil.
    Brown chicken on both sides until fully cooked.
