Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. softened cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pie filling (your choice)
    24 vanilla wafer cookies
Preparation
    Beat cheese, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until blended.
    Line muffin pans with foil cupcake liners.
    Put 1 vanilla wafer cookie, flat side down, in each.
    Put 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese mixture in each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Put 2 tablespoons of pie filling on top.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
