Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crumbs
    1 lb. small curd cream-style cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Grease 1 (9-inch) spring-form pan; dust with graham cracker crumbs.
    Sieve cottage cheese into large mixing bowl.
    Add cream cheese.
    Beat on high speed until blended.
    Then add sugar and eggs.
    Blend on low speed and add starch, lemon and vanilla.
    Add margarine and sour cream.
    Blend on low speed and pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until firm around edges.
    Turn off oven and let cake stand 2 hours. Makes about 12 servings.
