Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini, boiled until tender
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation

Mix together sour cream, cheese, onion, carrot and soup.
Fold in zucchini and top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
