Sliven Pork Chops(Romania) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 medium carrots, finely chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 cup white wine
    3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
    4 mushrooms, chopped
    8 oz. tomatoes, chopped
    2 celery sticks
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown in skillet, then set aside.
    Cook all remaining ingredients together in a skillet for 10-15 minutes until tender.
    Arrange pork chops in an oven dish and cover with the vegetable mix.
    Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
    Serves well with mashed or boiled potatoes.
