Super Spud Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place hash browns in baking dish.
Mix together potato soup, sour cream and 8 ounces Cheddar cheese; put on top of hash browns and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
