Sweet Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. long cooking white rice
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cook rice as directed.
Then add 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. sugar to pan and stir in thoroughly.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then lower heat and cook till, desired pudding like consistency, stirring often.
4 to 6 servings.
