Broccoli-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (about 1 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes with margarine, salt and milk. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Fold into mashed potatoes. Put into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 cups.
