Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Defrost hash browns.
    Mix with rest of ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Pour into oiled Pyrex dish, 9 x 13-inch.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
