Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and peanut butter together.
Add sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to sugar/butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
Dough will be stiff.
Put in spritz maker.
Press on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
Do not overbake.
Makes 14 to 16 dozen cookies. Very crispy.
