Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites stiff, then fold into mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
