Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 tsp. butter
    4 tsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    pepper
    1/8 Tbsp. each cloves, nutmeg and allspice
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in cream.
    Add to meat with rest of ingredients, all but sour cream.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Shape into small balls the size of a walnut.
    Saute all sides in 1 tablespoon shortening.
    Remove balls and make sauce from drippings.
